Treat others the way you would like to be treated. We work hard to make sure all of our patrons feel welcome and included. Your character may be an asshole, but that is not an excuse to persist in behaving as such if another patron is made uncomfortable by your actions.
As an LGBTQ+ group, we do not allow hate speech of any sort. We all want to have fun and feel safe as we do so.
Threats of harm and doxxing are taken quite seriously. These acts are not allowed at Thornclaw or in FFXIV, and will be reported to SE.
This is not the venue to air your dirty laundry. Keep drama at the door, and do not seek to start confrontation at our events.
If you are unclear about any of these rules, or wish to make a report, do not hesitate to reach out to one of Thornclaw's staff members. We work hard to make sure you can enjoy yourself at our venue.
